Cranberry Fluff Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups ground cranberries (Mary Ann uses a meat grinder. A food processor works well too.)
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups unpeeled apple pieces
- 1/2 cup seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup broken walnuts
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
Instructions:
- Combine ground cranberries, marshmallows and sugar. Let sit overnight so that the sour cranberries soak in the sugar real good.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and serve chilled.
