Auntie Linda's Artichoke Dip
- 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (use finely shredded, not powdery like you put on spaghetti)
- 4 oz (1 cup) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- dash or two of garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onion
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 350°
- Combine all the ingredients and put in a 1-1/2 quart casserole or quiche dish
- Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes or until slightly browned or bubbly
- Serve hot with crackers
