Auntie Linda's Artichoke Dip



Ingredients:
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (use finely shredded, not powdery like you put on spaghetti)
  • 4 oz (1 cup) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • dash or two of garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onion

Instructions:
  • Heat oven to 350°
  • Combine all the ingredients and put in a 1-1/2 quart casserole or quiche dish
  • Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes or until slightly browned or bubbly
  • Serve hot with crackers
